The opinions of Shoocare community on Orange
Rivals' customers are Orange with envy!

I have been on the Orange network for at least 6 or 7 years - initially on PAYG. My first orange contract was an 18 month one and that was on the 'Dolphin' package. The cost was £35 a month and I found that once other 'extras' are added it was very expensive.
I am now on a 24month contract which costs just £15 a month and I get unlimited texts (to avoid abuse this is limited to 3000 p/m), 100 anytime/any network minutes, and internet access. I have a Blackberry Curve and it costs an extra £5 a month for the Blackberry features. I also get free unlimited weekend minutes. This is much more rewarding than the original package I signed up to, but Orange are very good for rewarding loyal customers and I doubt very much I would be able to get a better deal elsewhere. My contract usually comes up to £26 each month with insurance, and this is paid by direct debit.
Orange customer service is generally very good, although their website leaves a lot to be desired. Even the customer service operatives have an opinion that the website is outdated and I find it very slow and unreliable. Overall I find Orange to be a very good value network and I have had experience (albeit just PAYG) of most networks.
